Hey Everyone! My name is Amie Greene and I am currently working as the Graduate Assistant Coach at Abilene Christian University. As a second job, I fill my time with more coaching as a 17's top team Assistant Coach for a local club! Previously, I attended The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina where I played as a setter all four years. I majored in Business Administration and am pursuing a Masters in Business Administration as well, on track to graduate August of 2025.
I started volleyball when I was in 6th grade and still remember the feeling of waiting a year (which felt like an eternity) to try out on the 7th grade team. I have an strong passion for the game and have a severe desire to win which has helped me compete with high level athletes over the years. I enjoy coaching camps mainly to learn as much as I can by being surrounded by so many different styles of volleyball, but I also really love getting the opportunity to share my style and impact the lives of so many student-athletes.

Henderson State
Division 2
Phil McDaniel was hired as the Reddies' head coach in February of 2017 and begins his seventh season at the helm of the Henderson State volleyball program in the Fall of 2023.
In the final match of the 2022 season, McDaniel reached career win number 100 at Henderson with a 3-0 victory at Arkansas-Monticello, becoming the second HSU head coach to ever reach the century mark. In that same win over the Blossoms, McDaniel reached 50 GAC victories.
After the 2021 season, McDaniel had led HSU to three 20-win seasons in the last four seasons - the only GAC team to reach that feat during that time span. Additionally, his teams have earned the United States Marine Corps/American Volleyball Coaches Association Team Academic Award three consecutive years after having never won the award prior to 2019.
In his first year, McDaniel led the Reddies to 14 wins, their most in a single season since 2010, which included Henderson's first victory over Harding since 2009. In year two, Henderson took a huge step forward, and produced one of the finest seasons in school history. The Reddies won 28 matches, a school-record 13 Great American Conference contests, and reached the GAC Tournament Championship Final at the Bank OZK Arena in Hot Springs. Henderson's 28 victories were the most for the program since 2001.
His third season saw another 20-win campaign, as the Reddies finished 21-12 overall and 11-5 in the GAC. COVID-19 shortened the 2020 campaign, which was played in the spring, but HSU finished third in the GAC Eastern Division and won its first round game in the GAC Tournament. In four years under McDaniel, Henderson has a winning percentage of .644.
Before coming to Arkadelphia, McDaniel built a long and impressive resume which included head coaching stops at Drake University and South Dakota State, as well as assistant coaching position at several top Division I and II institutions. His career also includes successful head coaching positions on the high school and club levels.
McDaniel spent the 2016 season as an assistant coach at Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota, where he was responsible for recruiting as well as working with the Wolves defensive play. NSU finished the season ranked No. 21 in the final AVCA Division II Top 25 Poll.
Prior to his stint at Northern State, McDaniel served as head coach at South Dakota State from 2011 to 2015. During his time in Brookings, South Dakota, he had two Jackrabbits earn First-Team All-Summit League honors, two named to the Summit League All-Freshman Team, and eight garnered Summit League Player of the Week accolades.
His teams at South Dakota State earned Academic All-American Volleyball Coaches Association honors all four years, by compiling a grade point average of 3.3 or better each year.
McDaniel's first DI head coaching job came at Drake University, where he rebuilt the Bulldog volleyball program which had tallied only seven wins in 2007.
With McDaniel at the helm, Drake reached numerous program milestones including qualifying for the Missouri Valley Tournament in 2009 and 2010, with a total of four players receiving all-conference honors, including the programs first First-Team MVC honoree in over a decade. In 2009, the Bulldogs registered a 22-12 record and followed with a 23-11 mark in 2010.
McDaniel served as an assistant coach at South Dakota State from 2005 to 2008. During his tenure at SDSU, he helped the Jackrabbits to the 2007 Summit League title and the schools first-ever Division I NCAA Tournament appearance.
While overseeing SDSUs recruiting efforts, McDaniel also monitored the academic progress for the Jackrabbits with the team earning the AVCA Academic Awards in 2005 and 2006.
Prior to his time at SDSU, McDaniel was an assistant coach at New Mexico State, where he helped lead the team to an 86-15 record and three straight Sun Belt Conference Championships. The Aggies also made two appearances in the NCAA Tournament in 2003 and 2004.
McDaniel began his coaching career at J.H. Rose High School in Greenville, N.C., where he led the program to a 42-7 record and earned Big East Conference 4A Coach of the Year for two consecutive seasons (2000, 2001).
McDaniel earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Culver-Stockton College in 1996 and a master's degree in counselor education from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 1998. He competed on both the soccer and tennis teams while at Culver-Stockton.

Giedre Tarnauskaite will begin her fourth season in charge of the Skyhawks volleyball program in 2023.
Tarnauskaite's squad saw success in the 2023 season, ending the season in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Tournament quarterfinal. Fort Lewis owned a 10-15 overall record in 2022, including an 8-10 record in conference play. The team faced eight nationally ranked foes throughout the year, including three matches versus No. 1-ranked MSU Denver. Fort Lewis claimed four sweeps and six, four set wins throughout the season.
The Skyhawks averaged 1.6 aces per set to establish a program recordpreviously 1.4 aces per set in 2021. The team also improved its hitting efficiency by nearly 20 points while facing one of the toughest schedules in recent history. The front row averaged 1.7 blocks per set which were the most since an identical average in the 2019 season. The duo of sophomore Alexis Hobie and freshman Ella Butler were named to the All-RMAC teams, Hobie on the Second Team and Butler finding a spot on the Honorable Mention list.
Tarnauskaite completed her second season as the Head Coach of the Fort Lewis College volleyball program in 2021, finishing the season with an overall record of 6-16 and a 6-12 mark in Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play. The Skyhawks were 5-4 on their home court with three of the wins coming in exciting, five-set fashion. The team narrowly missed out on the RMAC Volleyball Tournament, but will look to a young core of returners to carry the Skyhawks even further next season. Freshman outside hitter Alexis Hobie was named to the All-RMAC Honorable Mention team after starting every match for the blue and gold.
In her first season at the helm, the Skyhawks finished the spring 2020-2021 season with an overall record of 4-9 while playing a conference-only schedule due to the global pandemic. The season was highlighted by a five-set win over No. 22 University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, the programs first win over an AVCA Coaches Poll Top-25 opponent since moving to the NCAA Division II level in 1994. The team enjoyed offensive improvements which included career marks for several attackers and a season-best .305 hitting percentage in a sweep over Adams State on Jan. 28.
The steady development of the team under Tarnauskaite resulted in three players earning All-RMAC Honorable Mention honors to cap off the 2021 campaign. Honorees included outside hitter Alexa Treguboff, sophomore middle blocker Rylee Johnson, and sophomore defensive specialist Kamryn Lopez-all of which earned career marks throughout the season. The Skyhawks showed academic prowess in the 2020-2021 academic year as well, placing five athletes on the RMAC All-Academic Team and earning the highest team GPA among FLC student-athletes in the Fall semester.
Tarnauskaite comes to FLC after one season at Seattle University as an Assistant Coach/Co-Recruiting Coordinator and three seasons (2016-18) as an Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at the University of Montana.
During Tarnauskaite's time in Missoula, the Grizzlies improved their win total each season, including in 2018 when they qualified for the Big Sky tournament for the first time since 2014. The 2018 season marked the highest win total Montana had since 2013, in addition to its most conference wins, home wins and road wins in five years.
From 2016 to 2018, Montana improved its Big Sky and national ranks in every statistical category, including assists (11th to seventh and an increase of 91 spots nationally) and digs (11th to seventh and an increase of 109 spots nationally), two positions Tarnauskaite worked closely with.
A native of Kaunas, Lithuania, Tarnauskaite moved to the United States in 2001 to play at Jefferson College, a two-year institution competing at the NJCAA level based in Missouri.
She transferred to the NCAA Division I level to play for Arkansas State as a junior, where she'd go on to help ASU to 46 wins in her two years. She earned second-team All-Sun Belt honors in 2003 and Sun Belt Player of the Year accolades as a senior in 2004 after leading ASU to a share of the Sun Belt's East Division championship. Tarnauskaite was also named AVCA honorable mention all-region and academic all-district as a senior.
Tarnauskaite earned her degree in International Business from Arkansas State in 2005. She'd spend the next six years working as a legal assistant for a prosecutor in Fayetteville, Arkansas, in addition to coaching for the Ozark Volleyball Club, prior to moving to the Pacific Northwest to pursue the coaching profession.
In addition to her college coaching experiences, she also worked for the Athena Volleyball Academy in Portland. In July 2018, she served as an assistant coach at USA Volleyball's High Performance Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Tarnauskaite added another significant benchmark in her career in 2019, when she served as an assistant coach for the USA Youth Continental High Performance team, an invite-only coaching position, and worked alongside some of the top college coaches in the country.
In her native country, Tarnauskaite won multiple Lithuanian national championships with her junior club team and played for two years on the country's junior national team. She was chosen at the age of 16 to play for Kaunas's women's club team, giving her the opportunity to play at tournaments throughout Europe. And in 2000, she and teammate Raimonda Strielkauskaite finished seventh at the European Junior Beach Volleyball Championships in Germany.

Assistant Coach, Recruiting Coordinator

Creighton
Division 1
Brian Rosen was named an assistant coach with the Creighton Volleyball program, head coach Kirsten Bernthal Booth announced on Friday, Feb. 18. Rosen has spent the past three years as the head coach at Nova Southeastern, and last fall led the Sharks to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2009.
Although it is bittersweet to be moving on from such an amazing group of young women at NSU, I am so excited about this new opportunity that Coach Booth has provided me to join the Bluejay volleyball family, said Rosen. She has created a culture of winning and prioritizing family, which are both so important to me. I look forward to using my strengths and experience to build on all of the success Creighton Volleyball has experienced since Coach Booth and Angie arrived. My family and I cannot wait to be in Omaha!
Rosen arrived at Nova Southeastern in 2019 and guided the Sharks to a 20-13 record in his first season. His program won their final six contests to clinch Nova Southeasterns first 20-win campaign since 2008. NSUs 12 Sunshine State Conference wins were a program record, and a pair of student-athletes were named AVCA All-Americans. His team posted a 3.61 GPA to earn a second consecutive AVCA Team Academic award.
After the 2020 season was cancelled due to COVID-19, Rosens team stormed out of the gate with 13 straight victories to open the fall of 2021. The 19 straight victories (counting the end of 2019) were one of numerous school records set in the fall. NSU established program-best marks for Sunshine State Conference victories (16), and .800 winning percentage in SSC play, best overall winning percentage in the NCAA-era (.828) and most home wins (16).
The 2021 Nova Southeastern squad qualified for the NCAA Tournament for the first-time since 2009 and had three Sharks earn AVCA All-American Honors, AVCA All-Region awards, and All-Conference recognition. NSU finished 25-6 overall with a No. 19 year-end ranking in the AVCA poll. The Sharks were one of two teams to defeat eventual national champion Tampa, but the Spartans returned the favor to eliminate NSU in the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament.
What Brian has done at Nova Southeastern, turning around that program, is remarkable, said Booth. He cares about his student-athletes, and I think hell connect really well, not only with our players but with recruits. When you look at our past hires for that position, three of the five have been former head coaches, so clearly, I like people that have been able to navigate their own program and bring new ideas to ours. Were excited for Brian to do that with us.
Rosen joined the NSU coaching staff after spending two years at Davidson College as the associate head coach and recruiting coordinator. In his final year at Davidson, Rosen helped improve the Wildcats' hitting percentage by over .100. In addition to coaching for the Wildcats Rosen also served as the Carolina Juniors Club Director, where he coached seven consecutive teams to USAV National Championship bids.
Immediately before joining the Wildcats, Rosen served as the head coach at Providence (N.C.) High School, producing an undefeated regular season for conference and tournament titles, garnering 2016 Conference and South Charlotte Weekly Coach of the Year honors.
Prior to starting at Davidson, Rosen spent seven years (July 2009-May 2016) as the girl's head volleyball coach at Charlotte Country Day School. During his tenure, he coached the program to an overall record of 169-66, earning two state championship and conference championship titles in 2013 and 2014. After those two stellar seasons, he was named the Charlotte Observer Coach of the Year. In 2012 and 2013, he was named the South Charlotte News & South Charlotte Weekly Coach of the Year. In addition, he was honored with the AVCA Thirty Under 30 award in 2013; one of just two high school coaches to receive the honor.
Since the start of his coaching career in 2005, Rosen has also spent time as a volunteer assistant coach at Winthrop and served as the head coach of the men and women's club volleyball teams at the University of South Carolina.
Rosen earned his bachelor's degree in Sport and Entertainment Management, graduating cum laude from the University of South Carolina in 2008. He will be joined in Omaha by his wife Angelica and their daughters Bryce and Brady.

Lafayette
Division 1
Entering his third season at the head of the Leopards volleyball program for the fall 2021 season, Adams was introduced as the second full-time head coach in Lafayette College volleyball program history on Feb. 2, 2019.
In his first year on College Hill, he led the Leopards to the most wins the program had seen in 10 years, leading the Maroon and White to a 13-19 overall record.
In a shortened 2021 spring season, he led the Maroon and White to a 2-5 season, including a weekend sweep of crosstown rival Lehigh. He also coached outside hitter Leanna Deegan to the programs first Patriot League First-Team selection since 2006.
Adams came to College Hill after a pair of stints as an assistant at Bucknell from 2014-16 and in 2018. In his first two years in Lewisburg, the Bison ranked up 21 combined wins, including 13 Patriot League victories and were on the doorstep of the conference tournament berth in 2015. He played a large role in the programs first winning season in nine years.
A 2009 graduate of Cal State Northridge, Adams was named an Academic All-American while earning his degree in urban studies and planning. He began coaching in 2012 when he became a volunteer assistant coach at the University of Idaho and served as an academic coordinator for the athletic department.
After his first stop with Bucknell, he spent one season on the William & Mary coaching staff, while also serving as the head coach of the Williamsburg Volleyball Club 18 National team. Eleven players from that squad went on to play in college, including five at the Division I level.
In 2017, Adams served as the assistant coach at Princess Anne High School in Virginia. He helped guide the Cavaliers to a 27-4 record and a runner-up finish in the Virginia State Tournament. Along with his assistant coach duties, Adams was the head coach of East Coast Volleyball Club 16 Travel which went 31-16 under his guidance and ranked second in the Old Dominion Region.

The EXACT Camp is my second exposure camp and it was way bigger and better than my first! It was amazing to be around girls with the same aspirations as me, hopefully I’ll compete against them in the future at the collegiate level. My experience with EXACT has been invaluable and extremely informative. It's definitely the easiest and best way to be exposed to college coaches. Thanks so much EXACT!!

As a parent of a student athlete, this program surpassed all expectations. The staff went beyond our goal of giving not just physical but mental training. They encouraged and critiqued those skills need to make our athlete even better than when she arrived. We all loved attending, and our daughter looks forward to next year or attending another one soon. Thank you for a great experience!
Player
Everyone was amazing and helpful, I enjoyed the exposure to college coaches! I learned so much more during this one day camp than I did during a 3 day camp I attended last year. I would definitely recommend EXACT, it helped me to become a better player overall!
Player
I was actually so nervous going into the camp, but once I got the to camp all of my nervousness went away. The coaches were all very nice and the camp was a comfortable place with everyone being very supportive. Not only was it enjoyable, I was able to talk to the coaches one-on-one, and get honest and thoughtful feedback to improve my athletic abilities and talents.
Before attending the EXACT Camp, I was very uneducated about college sports and didn't have a set school I was interested in, but this camp helped me have a better understanding of what to look for in the future.

Your showcase opened my daughter's eyes that she needs to start preparing now to fulfill her dream of being on a collegiate volleyball team. Her attitude is now focused on what she needs to do to achieve her goal. The college coaches were outstanding, and were very informative about what they expect, and do with their teams. It was our first EXACT showcase, but definitely not our last one we will attend in the upcoming future. Our overall experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you for everything, and connecting us to valuable college coaches.

The EXACT camp allowed me to gain valuable college exposure, talk to college coaches, and receive advice about becoming a student athlete. From this camp, I feel more confident in myself because of the positive feedback I received from the coaches, and encouragement from the girls I was with. The 1-on-1 evaluation from a college coach was extremely beneficial and will help me improve to become a more dynamic player!

I really enjoyed how I was able to meet one on one with every coach, and I was able to show my skills in front of them. I also loved how informational the coaches were about recruiting process, and how I was able to see and experience the different coaching styles. I also enjoyed how there was a coach from every division including NAIA.
